Bloodletter is a legendary class mod for Moze. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source but has an increased chance to drop from Skag of Survival located in Gradient of Dawn.
This Moze build is my go-to for clearing Mayhem3 Slaughter Shaft. It requires a strong grenade (I prefer the Atlas brand MIRV Hex for its homing capabilities), a deathless attifact, and a bloodletter class mod. Any shield will do as long as it has at least 10,000 capacity.
